COMMON QUESTIONS

No. This is a gym-based physical preparation program, not on-court technical training. You train in the gym to build the physical attributes that make you better on court. No padel court needed.
Intermediate to elite competitive players. This program assumes you are already playing regularly and want to improve your physical performance on court. If you are new to padel, the Lifestyle program is a better starting point.
The 30-day plan is a focused monthly training block you can renew at day 30. The 90-day plan is a full periodised performance cycle across three phases: build, peak, and maintain. It is designed to peak your physical performance over a complete training cycle and offers the best value per month.
Personalised macro targets based on your body composition and training load, a structured meal framework, sport-specific fuelling guidance for match days and training days, and weekly check-ins to adjust based on your progress. KD 30 per month, added alongside your training plan.
Within 24-48 hours of purchase on working days. After checkout you will be asked to share your current training information and schedule. Your program is then built and delivered based on that information.
Typically 3-4 gym sessions per week depending on your competition schedule. The program is built around your existing padel training and match calendar so the gym work complements, not competes with, your on-court time.
