After completing your purchase, you will be asked to confirm your Start Date. This step is required before onboarding begins. Once confirmed, we will send your onboarding steps by email so your programme starts in an organised way. Your coaching setup and onboarding timeline begin from the confirmed Start Date — not from the payment date.
We usually reply within 24 hours on working days. If your message is sent on a Friday or during busy periods, it may take a little longer. If your question is about an active program, please include your full name and order number so we can help you faster.
Shargawy coaching is available online, so clients can work with us from anywhere. We also offer in-person coaching and camp options such as Madrid-based experiences when available. If you are not sure which format is right for you, send us your goal and current situation and we will guide you to the best option.
Our monthly coaching subscriptions are designed to be flexible. Cancel: you can cancel according to the subscription terms shown at checkout. Pause or changes: contact us before your current period ends, and we will let you know what options are available. Upgrades or downgrades: in many cases we can help you move to a different package level depending on timing and setup status.
Basic plans: delivered within 24 hours of purchase on working days. Gold and Custom plans: delivered within 24 hours of your confirmed start date. You will first confirm your start date after checkout, then onboarding steps are sent by email. Madrid Camp: your schedule is confirmed after completing your camp intake form, which you receive after purchase.
