1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SHARGAWY website (shargawy.com) or purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. What SHARGAWY Provides

SHARGAWY offers digital fitness coaching programs and nutrition add-ons. All products and services are delivered digitally — there are no physical products shipped. Our offerings include Lifestyle programs, Athlete packages, and optional nutrition plans, as described on our website.

3. Purchases & Payment

All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). Payment is processed securely at checkout via our payment provider, and we accept KNET, credit and debit cards, and Apple Pay. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

All purchases are final. Please review our Refund Policy before completing your order.

4. Program Access & Delivery

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an invitation link to join our online training platform. Access is granted upon your chosen program start date.

You are responsible for providing an accurate start date at the time of purchase. SHARGAWY is not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect information provided during checkout.

5. Client Responsibilities

By purchasing and participating in any SHARGAWY program, you confirm and agree to the following:

  • You are voluntarily participating in a fitness program and assume full responsibility for your participation.
  • You confirm that you are in adequate physical health to engage in the program you have purchased. If you have any medical condition, injury, or health concern, you agree to consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any program.
  • SHARGAWY coaches and staff are not medical professionals. Nothing provided through our programs, communications, or website constitutes medical advice.
  • You will provide accurate personal information during registration and checkout.
  • You will follow program guidelines as provided and understand that results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.
  • You will not share, distribute, or reproduce any program content, plans, or materials provided to you.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through SHARGAWY — including but not limited to training programs, nutrition plans, videos, written materials, and branding — is the exclusive property of SHARGAWY. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own individual use only. You may not copy, share, sell, or reproduce any content in any form without prior written permission from SHARGAWY.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SHARGAWY and its team shall not be liable for any injury, health complication, loss, or damage arising from your participation in any program or your use of the Services. This includes but is not limited to physical injury, adverse health effects, or dissatisfaction with results.

Your use of our Services is entirely at your own risk. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from participating in any SHARGAWY program.

8. Account & Access Termination

SHARGAWY reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the training platform or any of our Services if you are found to be in violation of these Terms of Service, including but not limited to sharing program content with others or providing false information during registration.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
